Our Mission is Surgical Safety For All, Anywhere.

We aim to improve patient outcomes and quality of care for surgical procedures, inclusively, across standard and underserved settings... starting with bedside cranial access.

The Hubly Drill + Cranial Access Kit is designed to reduce complications and operating room dependence through our unique features for safety, efficiency, and value.

MEET OUR LEADERSHIP

Our team consists of a neurosurgeon with an MBA, two life-long medical device engineers with over 55 patents, an expert regulatory and quality leader, a neuroscientist turned software engineer, and a serial medtech commercial leader with a combined 100 years experience building early stage startups. We met across disciplines and schools at Northwestern.

Since volunteering at the Georgetown Stroke Clinic twelve years ago, Casey has lived and breathed all things neuro.  She researched Parkinson’s disease for five years in neuroscience labs, built neuro-implantable devices in a bioengineering lab, and analyzed neurosurgical data with Northwestern physicians. To gain further experience in data processing, Casey continued on to work as a software engineer within JP Morgan’s Big Data Department. She co-founded Hubly Surgical in 2019 as a response to her long family history of neurological disease.
